- Share your flight number, not just the time. A good operator tracks the flight, so a delay does not become a waiting charge.
- Book the night before for early flights. For departures before 6 am, confirm your cab by the previous evening.
- Ask for a fixed fare. Confirm that parking and tolls are included, so there is no surprise at the end.
- Know where to meet. Most drivers wait at the arrival gate with a name board. Save the driver's number before you land.
- Mention luggage and child seats in advance. Extra bags may need a bigger car, and child seats are limited.
- Allow buffer time. Plan to reach the airport 2 hours before domestic and 3 hours before international flights.
